Any new member of the sales or telemsales teams can expect an initial training programme that will cover both the extensive product portfolio and the broad range of service and sales techniques needed to succeed in this competitive environment. It will also provide them with the knowledge needed to give customers the best service and advice possible.

This initial training combines group learning with practical job experience with all new starters shadowing an experienced member of the sales team.

Once a new starter has completed the training course they are allocated a team leader who will be responsible for their ongoing training and their day to day life as part of the team.
